Please Help Find Maya and Rafael (Rojo) Espinosa by Sending a Letter to America's Most Wanted:

Thank you for your help getting info about the kids on the Americas Most Wanted's website. We'd also like to ask them to feature the information on the TV show - this has helped families in our situation in the past.

Below is sample letter, and we are asking those of you who know the kids to write a more personal letter since Maya and Rojo were taken from you too. If you are one of the wonderful people who sends a letter to AMW, we would really appreciate if you let us know by e-mailing mayarojocomehome@gmail.com.

Please print a copy of the flyer from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and include it with your letter so AMW knows who you are taking about.

And thank you, once again.

To Whom it May Concern,

I’m writing this letter to please request that your show post on your web site and TV Show information about Maya and Rafael (Rojo) Espinosa. The Espinosa family is in a really desperate situation and trying to ensure the children's safe return home. I know a lot of people watch your show and with your help I know we will find Maya and Rojo.

Maya and Rafael (Rojo) Espinosa went missing on February 6, 2009 when their non-custodial mother Cindy K. Adler came to pick them up for her regularly scheduled every-other-weekend visitation. They have not been seen or heard from since. There is a felony warrant out for Cindy's arrest on two charges of kidnapping and the police have an active case that has led them to search for the kids in different states. It has been more than two months and I am scared for the physical, mental and emotional safety of the children. They are 9 and 6 years old and have lived with their father for almost four years. They are very attached to the extended family and friends, as well as their younger half-sister, who is almost three. The father was attempting to get the court to issue supervised visitation with their mother, and the hearing date was February 18th, at which time she did not show up. The judge ordered all of her parenting time be suspended, pending her return, but the children are still missing. Through law enforcement’s investigation, it appears that Cindy Adler owes a lot of money to many places, including the IRS; it seems clear that she is running from a lot. The local newspaper did an article last week, which can be viewed by going to the website we have set up for the kids: www.mayaandrojocomehome.com

The Saint Paul PD case number is: 09026500 and the officer is Sergeant Jenson, phone number: 651-266-5660. The NCMEC case number is: 1116002, and the case manager is Farryl Sverd, phone number: 703-549-4561.

I would really appreciate any help you could offer.

Sincerely,
